Trial Members are given a two week trial period in which both applicant and Nexsis can test each other out.   The member will be judged on guild activity, forum participation, and behavior.   If the trial member fulfills Nexsis expectations than the trial member will be awarded a spot on the Nexsis roster.  However, if the trial member does not meet Nexsis expectations, then the trial member will be told why he/she was not accepted.   This in no way is to be taken as an insult.  It just means that two conflicting ideals were present.  If you are not accepted, this does not stop the trial member from applying again at a later date.

**Please be aware that Nexsis DOES NOT tolerate inactive members.**   Just because you are accepted does not mean that you are a permanent member.   If you go on a leave of absense and fail to notify any Nexsis member, you will be removed from Nexsis.  Nexsis does not tolerate freeloaders.  If you are a member of Nexsis, you will be expected to participate in guild activities atleast once a week.
